開發(fā)期間負責內(nèi)部，供應商，客戶之前的溝通。
統(tǒng)一測量方法，討論相應的標準，并逐步完善來料檢驗標準。.
量產(chǎn)后負責處理來料和產(chǎn)線的來料異常，推進供應商持續(xù)改善。

在南通供應商進行FIAT轉(zhuǎn)向器的質(zhì)量改善與新模具的開發(fā)。
在新模具開發(fā)中，主要注重于減少鋁壓鑄件在幾個主要的密封面處出現(xiàn)大量氣孔的問題與供應商有效的溝通采取的措施，以及完成的時間。
產(chǎn)品的合格率從20%提高到了75%。
供應商的供貨能力持續(xù)提高，供貨量從200件每天，提高到400件每天。
我的職責
南通供應商的日常過程審核。
產(chǎn)品的日常發(fā)貨與生產(chǎn)。
供應商安全庫存的建立。
新模具的開發(fā)與PPAP階段與供應商的溝通。
PPAP文件，F(xiàn)MEA,MSA,CPK,全尺寸報告的審核。

與機電.TP團隊共同管理紅米NOTE系列等案子，定期與供應商確認來料累退不良品，并簽訂VDCS，降低了不良品的庫存金額。
及時將來料檢驗時發(fā)現(xiàn)的不良信息反饋給供應商，并督促供應商給出臨時及長期的改善方案，且實時跟進改善進程，將物料來料批退率控制在1.5%以下。
定期與供應商確認產(chǎn)線累退不良品,并及時簽核VDCS，求償VDCS結(jié)案率100% 。
及時將生產(chǎn)線和客戶端發(fā)現(xiàn)的來料不良信息反饋給供應商，并督促供應商給出解決對策，且跟進改善物料上線的使用情況，Issue結(jié)案率100%
及時有效的向供應商反饋其產(chǎn)品在生產(chǎn)及客戶端出現(xiàn)的各種不良項目，要求供應商在收到反饋的三個工作日內(nèi)給予8D報告，提供改善物料到料日期，并跟進改善料的檢驗及上線情況，上線物料不良率控制在0.12%以下，提高了制程良率。
